My heart be still!!
Vogue India did a feature story on top 15 chefs from around the world.. asking them to share dishes they think will define 2013. Featured chefs include Ferran Adria, Vikas Khanna and many others. And guess who made the list?????? OMG! I am so grateful to writer Aarti Virani for considering my work.
My recipe: Avocado Coconut Shooter with fried garlic, spicy shrimp and basil made the list!!!! I am just thrilled!!
