I am over at Psychology Today online talking about food and memories. Come join in and share your thoughts and ideas.

I was wondering what picture I should share here today with this interview so I decided to share one of my favorite photos of an ultimate comfort food in our house – potatoes. Here the potatoes are sauteed with garlic, ginger, turmeric, salt and paprika. That is it. Serve hot with a smile :-)
